Develop UAE sales opportunities for precision cooling, UPS and related data center solutions.
Build relationships with operators, consultants, contractors, facility managers and procurement teams.
Secure equipment supply, AMC, retrofit and turnkey project opportunities.
Prepare proposals, manage tenders and negotiate contracts.
Own the sales pipeline and achieve agreed revenue targets.
Coordinate with engineering teams on solutions and after-sales support.

Minimum 5 years of AE business development or direct sales experience.
Experience in data centers, critical facilities, MEP, facility management, UPS or precision cooling.
Strong AE industry network and successful equipment or AMC sales record.
Knowledge of UAE tendering, bidding and procurement practices.
Strong communication, negotiation and commercial skills.
Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
GCC experience with Chinese power or cooling brands is an advantage.
